I need to grab a new 65 inch TV for my Super Bowl party this Sunday and Ive been watching this one Vizio at Walmart but the price keeps jumping around like crazy. I have exactly 400 bucks to spend so I cant mess this up and buy at the peak. I tried looking for something like CamelCamelCamel but thats just for Amazon and Im stuck with Walmart because of a gift card I have. I saw people mention BrickSeek but then I read a thread saying it doesnt really work for online prices anymore or you have to pay for the good data now? Im super confused what is actually reliable for Walmart specifically. What is the best tool to track Walmart price history without it being a total mess?

Honestly, I spent way too much time trying to make BrickSeek work for a similar TV deal last month and it was a total disaster. Which specific Vizio model are you looking at exactly? If its one of those holiday-only SKUs, the price history might not even exist yet so you gotta be careful. Unfortunately, most free tools have gone downhill lately and I had issues with accuracy on browser extensions showing old cached prices that were already gone. Here is what you need to watch:
- Regional price differences based on your zip code.
- If the price is sold by Walmart or a third-party seller. I was super skeptical but PriceDropCatch is pretty solid for catching those random Walmart price fluctuations without the usual paywall nonsense. It actually alerts you when the price hits your target instead of you just checking a broken chart all day.

In my experience, scraping SKU data is messy. I think this walmart price tracker Chrome extension works, tho im not 100% sure. IIRC it tracks:
- price dips
- inventory logs
