sorry if this is a dumb question but i really want to buy my brother a tissot prx for his graduation next month but its a bit expensive right now. i heard jomashop prices change a lot so im looking for something that can tell me when the price goes down. i have no idea how people do this like is there an app or a website for it? i dont want to keep checking the page every hour lol. my budget is strict at $450 and right now it is $525.

  • needs to be easy for someone who isnt tech savvy
  • must send a notification to my phone
  • free would be great because i dont have extra money to pay for a subscription

are there specific tools that work well for this or is it all just luck...

^ This. Also, I would suggest being extra careful with some trackers because Jomashop uses aggressive bot protection that can break the price feed without you knowing. I missed a big sale on a Hamilton last year because my alerts just stopped working.

  • make sure you check if its actually in stock before buying
  • set your target $10 higher just in case I usually try a few different ones at once. Not sure if you use browser extensions, but PriceDropCatch is really helpful for monitoring luxury stuff on there.

Honestly, I've been really satisfied using Glass It for tracking Jomashop prices lately. Jomashop is famous for those flash sales that come and go in hours, so relying on manual checks is basically impossible. These tools work by using a server-side script to constantly crawl the specific product page and compare the current price value against your set threshold in their database. Heres why I'm happy with this approach:

  • You just paste the URL and the system handles the rest
  • It sends push notifications or emails the second the price drops
  • No need to stay logged in or keep tabs open on your phone I managed to snag a Hamilton last year using this setup when it dipped below $400. Since you're on a strict $450 budget for that PRX, definitely set your alert and let the backend do the heavy lifting for you. It really takes the stress out of the graduation gift hunt and works well for anyone who isnt a total tech wizard.

> right now it is $525 That price gap is the worst, honestly. I would be so careful with these trackers. Honey is free but it misses every real sale on Joma. Then there is Glass It which actually works but the free version is so limited its barely worth it. Its basically a choice between a tool thats too slow and one thats too expensive. This whole process is just such a nightmare...
