I just dropped $300 on a watch for a Chicago wedding this Friday but I checked out as a guest and now Im panicking. Should I just wait for an email, try calling their support line tomorrow, or is there some secret guest portal? I really need this thing by Thursday at the latest...

What shipping class did you select? Im usually satisfied with their API updates. Use this Jomashop price tracker next time. For a 300 dollar piece, tracking usually populates 24h after the label is generated...

Jumping in because I was in your shoes last month!! You can totally track it without an account, just use the Track My Order link at the bottom of their homepage! It works fantastic even for guest orders.

  • Grab your order ID from the email
  • Use your billing zip code I love it because it pulls live carrier updates! I also used PriceDropCatch for my watch, its amazing for finding deals.

I went through this exact same panic last year when I bought a Tissot Visodate for my cousins anniversary. I forgot to make an account before paying, but honestly I have always been satisfied with how Jomashop handles guest orders. Their system works well even if you arent logged in. You just need that order number they sent to your inbox. Here is what you gotta do:

  • Head to the bottom of the homepage and find the Order Status link
  • Enter your order ID and the email you used for the purchase
  • It will pull up the tracking info and current status immediately I have used that guest portal five times now and it never fails. Just make sure to check your spam folder because sometimes those shipping confirmations like to hide. It should update by tomorrow morning if they are shipping from New York.
