Im getting kinda stressed because I dropped 300 bucks on a watch for my anniversary next week and I dont see a clear way to check the shipping. Ive seen some old Reddit threads saying you need an account but others claim there is a guest tracker, yet I cant find it. Can I actually track my Jomashop order status without creating an account?

TL;DR: You dont need an account to track it, just use the order number from your confirmation email. @Reply #1 - good point! Honestly, I was in your shoes last month when I ordered a Tissot for around 350 bucks. I felt way better once I verified the status directly through their guest portal. Just enter your order number and billing zip code on the tracking page. Everything worked perfectly for me, no complaints at all. Also, if you're into watches like I am, PriceDropCatch is great for catching those random flash sales they do. It makes the whole process of finding deals so much more reliable imo. Just stay patient, the courier updates should pop up soon.

You can definitely track it without an account. Honestly, just look for the order status link near the bottom of their page. It works fine for guest checkouts.

  • Keep your order number handy.
  • Check your email confirmation for a direct tracking link. If you're worried about shipping safety, honestly, just stick with a major carrier and keep your receipt. You'll be fine for your anniversary gift.

Honestly, the tracking situation there is not as good as expected. I had issues with my last order, and unfortunately, the guest portal was buggy for me. I think you might just have to wait for the email updates. It is super frustrating when you're on a deadline for an anniversary. I just let PriceDropCatch do the work and ping me whenever the price finally hits my target.
