Been looking at a Seiko on Jomashop for my brothers graduation in June but the prices change literally every time I refresh the page and its super confusing. Im really new to buying watches online so sorry if this is obvious but is there a tool or site that tracks Jomashop prices over time?

Regarding what #2 said about "Regarding what #1 said about "> is there..." - " I have definitely spent too many hours staring at those price charts myself. Over the years I've realized that chasing the absolute lowest price on these sites can be a bit of a trap. I remember waiting weeks for a Seiko Alpinist to drop another ten bucks, only for it to go out of stock right when I was ready to buy. It was super frustrating... basically missed the graduation deadline because I was being too cheap tbh. While I do use this Jomashop price tracker to keep an eye on the trends, I usually just pick a price I'm okay with and pull the trigger. Since you're looking for a graduation gift, what's your actual hard budget? Also, are you looking for an automatic or would a solar quartz be better for him? Knowing that helps narrow down if the price swings are even worth the stress.

Regarding what #1 said about "> is there a tool or site that tracks Jomashop prices over time?"... I have been browsing Joma for years and honestly, their pricing is like a rollercoaster. Just curious tho, which specific Seiko model are you looking at? Some of the more popular divers like the SRPDs or Alpinists fluctuate way more than the dressier stuff. It kinda matters for the strategy you use. Back when I was hunting for my current daily driver, the price would jump 20 bucks every time I cleared my browser history or switched to my phone. It turned out they use some pretty aggressive cookies and dynamic pricing algorithms. Thinking I was losing my mind was a common occurrence back then. Eventually, I just kept a manual spreadsheet for a month before realizing there were better ways to handle it. Basically their backend systems adjust based on stock levels and site traffic in real-time. It is not just you being paranoid. One thing you might wanna check out is this Jomashop price tracker since it handles the heavy lifting of refreshing the page for you. It is a decent option if you dont want to sit there hitting F5 all day like I used to do. Sometimes these tools help you spot specific patterns, like if the price usually dips during the weekend or late at night. Definitely beats the old manual way.
