According to CR, the long awaited Canon EOS R6 Mark III is expected to be announced soon, could be in late this month to early next month. Will you buy this camera?

Building on the earlier suggestion, i actually disagree that the mark iii is the best move right now if youre watching your budget. rumors suggest a launch price near 2500 dollars, which is a lot for what might just be a minor sensor refresh. tbh the Canon EOS R6 Mark II is already so good with its 40fps electronic shutter and solid af tracking that the value prop for a new version is kinda thin unless they go stacked sensor. quick tip: check the canon refurbished store right after the official announcement drops. prices usually tank on the older models. unless you really need the latest video codecs or slightly better rolling shutter, the mk ii is still the better buy for the money. let me know if you want a technical breakdown of the dynamic range specs between these sensors tho...
