what tool can i actually use to share my amazon cart with my sister without giving her my login info? im so frustrated because we are trying to coordinate a big anniversary gift for our parents in Florida and I need to get this ordered by Friday so it arrives on time. I looked at Share-A-Cart and then there is this other one called Add to Cart but I cant tell which is more reliable. Share-A-Cart has a lot of downloads but some recent reviews say it doesnt work with the new checkout page and I really dont want to waste time. is there a better free option that doesnt involve me giving away my prime password... i just want to send the list over so she can see the exact items and pay for her half.

I had issues with session tokens on other extensions recently. Unfortunately, they were not as good as expected.

  • try Cart To Link
  • it handles manifest updates better than old options

TL;DR: prioritize security over speed. Just saw this. You should be careful with extensions that ask for excessive permissions. Are you looking for her to pay directly on your account, or does she just need to see the items? I suggest using Cart To Link since it is free and avoids password risks. Just make sure you both check the shipping speeds so it hits Florida by Friday.

honestly im really satisfied with this share amazon cart extension.

  • uses token syncing
  • works where session-senders fail
  • totally free i saved 40 bucks last year by safely combining carts.

@Reply #3 - good point! but honestly, you gotta be really careful with these browser extensions when you're on a tight deadline like this friday delivery. i've been around the block with amazon tools for years and they tend to break the second amazon changes a single button on their site. my biggest worry isnt just the permissions... its the reliability factor. if you send that link and your sister sees the wrong items or the wrong quantities because the sync glitched, you're gonna have a real mess on your hands right before the anniversary. i would suggest making sure you both have the same extension installed and doing a tiny test run with one random item first. dont just assume it worked perfectly the first time because these things can be kinda finicky with the newer amazon layouts. basically, just double check every item in the final cart before she hits pay or you might miss that shipping window. found this extension called Cart To Link recently and it's been a lifesaver for group buys with my friends.
