im honestly so fed up with sending amazon links back and forth with my roommates for our housewarming party stuff. we have like a 400 dollar budget and every time we use the list feature someone buys the wrong thing or we get duplicates. its a total mess and i need to get this ordered by tuesday or nothing will get here in time. is there actually a good browser extension that lets us just share one single cart and add stuff together? like a real time thing where we can see what the other person put in there before i hit checkout. what is the best browser extension for shared amazon shopping carts because i cant deal with these tabs anymore...

Share-A-Cart is the best extension i have found for house stuff, honestly.

  • use it to generate a single shareable code
  • roommates click the link to sync items to their cart

^ This. Also, be careful with just syncing carts without a final budget check. With a 400 dollar limit, things add up crazy fast when three people are clicking add to cart at the same time. I would suggest using this simple amazon cart share tool to pull it all together, but definitely have one person do a final review before paying. Its so easy to accidentally leave an old item in there or mess up the shipping address if you arent paying attention. Trust me, you dont want to be chasing down a package at your roommates moms house or something because the default address swapped. Just keep an eye on that total price so you dont blow the budget.

Shared shopping is usually such a nightmare but it seriously doesnt have to be. Honestly, using a share Amazon shopping cart extension is a total game changer for house stuff. I love how these tools basically grab the session data and let you sync everything into one basket instantly. It beats the heck out of those messy manual lists that always lead to double buying things! Are you guys all on the same browser like Chrome or is it a mix of Safari and Firefox? Also, do you need the extension to actually manage the budget and split the bill at the end, or are you just trying to get all the items in one place so you can hit buy? Knowing that makes it easier to pick the best one...
