Im honestly so fed up with Elfster right now. It keeps crashing every time I try to add a link and it literally just deleted half my list after I spent like an hour on it. I dont have time for this since our family exchange is next week and I still havent sent my link out to anyone. I need a new app that is actually reliable and wont charge me for basic features since my budget is super tight this year.

  • has to be 100% free
  • works on both android and iphone
  • lets me add stuff from any website not just amazon
  • easy for my non-techy parents to use

Is there anything out there that doesnt suck? I'm literally about to just use a notes app and hope for the best...

Omg I went through the exact same struggle last year! Testing five different apps was a total nightmare before I finally found ones that didnt glitch. It was honestly a lifesaver... you should check out:

  • GiftHero (totally free and clean)
  • Things To Get (simple for parents) Most of these let you just hit share from your mobile browser! Actually, ShareProduct is pretty great because you can add stuff from almost any website, not just one place.

> I dont have time for this since our family exchange is next week Man, I totally get the frustration. Last year, my whole list vanished on another app right before my family draw and it was a nightmare. You might want to consider Giftster, but be careful with the browser version since it can be glitchy on older phones. Make sure to save after every item. Honestly, ShareProduct is the easiest way I've found to make a holiday list that actually looks nice.
