I have used several brands on these camera bodies over the years.

Cheap plastic films tend to curl, which is why your edges are lifting. I would suggest getting the ULBTER Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Canon EOS R8 because tempered glass stays flat. Be careful with the edges tho.

  • wipe the screen with alcohol first
  • make sure there is zero dust
  • align it once, dont peel it back Youll get it right, just go slow and itll stay on for years.

Ive dealt with this plenty over the years. Honestly, the biggest mistake is buying those cheap multi-packs. I learned the hard way that the adhesive just dries out and peels off. Spending the full twenty on one solid glass piece, like the one I got for my current setup, is better.

  • Use a steamy bathroom to kill dust
  • Watch a youtube walkthrough first Check B&H reviews for real feedback before buying anything.
