Comparing that to the Vivitar Battery Grip for Canon Rebel T7, the Neewer is way better because the plastic texture actually matches the camera body perfectly! Another solid choice is the Yongnuo YN560-IV Speedlite Flash. While the Yongnuo is a classic, I find the Godox menu system much more intuitive when you are in a rush. If you go with the Neewer grip and the Godox flash, you are looking at spending maybe 90 to 100 bucks total, which is well under your limit!
