I am literally scraping the bottom of my Tatcha Dewy Cream jar and it is stressing me out so much because that stuff is like 70 bucks now. I refuse to pay full price for it plus my usual Dior Forever foundation because everything is just getting way too expensive lately and my budget is strictly $300 for this haul. I've been trying so hard to hold out for the big spring sale but my skin is already starting to feel like sandpaper and I dont know if I can wait much longer before I just snap and buy it at full price.

I did some digging online and its honestly so confusing. One blog post said it usually starts in early April but then this other TikToker was saying it might not be until late May this year because of how the calendar falls? I even checked some other forums and people are arguing about whether its gonna be the same dates as last year or if they're changing the discount tiers again. Like is it 20 percent off for Rouge first or are they doing that thing where everyone gets 15? I just need to know if I should buy a tiny travel size to tide me over or if the sale is literally next week because I dont want to waste money on a mini if the big bottle is about to be discounted.

Its so annoying because I have like $350 worth of stuff in my cart just sitting there taunting me. I'm in NYC so I could go to the store but the shelves in Soho are always empty by day two of the sale anyway so I'd rather just order it online the second it drops. Does anyone actually have a confirmed date or at least a really solid leak from an employee who actually knows whats going on? I feel like they used to be way more consistent with the timing but now I'm just lost and my face is dry...

It hits mid-April for Rouge. Im always satisfied with stuff from The Ordinary to tide me over. Just get any cream from that brand, it works well and is cheap.

Totally agree with the mid-April estimate for Rouge members. Historically, Sephora locks in the second Friday of the month for their Q2 cycle launch.

  • 20% Rouge discount
  • 15% VIB discount
  • 10% Insider discount I have been tracking the specific SKU price history on PriceDropCatch to make sure the sale is actually worth it compared to brand-direct offers.

Look, based on the historical data from the last five years, you're looking at a start date around April 5th or 12th. Sephora almost always aligns these events with their fiscal Q2 kick-off to boost quarterly numbers. In my experience, the Rouge tier consistently gets that first Friday window. If you're really hurting for that Tatcha fix, I'd suggest using this Sephora price tracker to see if there's any weirdness with the pricing history, though Sephora stays pretty rigid with MSRPs outside of these big events. Honestly, dont waste money on a travel size if we're only a couple weeks out. That cost-per-ounce is a total rip-off and it'll eat right into your $300 budget. I've tracked these cycles for a long time and they rarely deviate by more than a few days because of inventory cycles. Just hold out for the 20 percent if you're Rouge, it makes a huge difference on those $70 jars.

Omg I feel your pain so much, Tatcha Dewy Cream is literally life-changing! I have been tracking these Sephora sales for a decade now and they are incredibly reliable with their schedule. It is always the first or second Friday of April for Rouge. Before you buy anything though, what tier are you actually at right now? Because if youre not Rouge, you might have to wait an extra week and only get 10 or 15 percent off, which changes the math. Also, are those two items the absolute must-haves in your cart, or is there other stuff we can trim to fit that $300 budget?
