Is there a way to send an Amazon cart link to someone?

I've used Amazon for years and usually just share wishlists, but I'm stuck trying to send my dad a direct link to a pre-loaded cart for a project we're building this weekend. He's paying with his Prime account but isn't tech-savvy at all.

My requirements:

  • It has to be a single link he can just click to buy the whole batch
  • Must preserve the exact item quantities (around $120 total)
  • Needs to work easily on iOS/iPad

I tried the regular share sheet in the app but it just links to empty carts. Is there a workaround or maybe a third-party tool that actually works for this?

Saw this earlier and wanted to weigh your options for iOS. Here are the two best routes:

  • Collab Lists: Native and secure, but he has to click add all manually.
  • Cart Transfer Tools: Instant one-click checkout, but requires a third-party utility. Check out this guide on how to share Amazon carts for the exact steps. Let me know if you get stuck setting it up.

I messed up an order once and bought doubles, so be careful tbh. I would suggest using Share-a-Cart.

  • Create the cart
  • Click share link
  • Send it over

I had this exact issue helping my brother build a garage workbench last year. We wanted to save on shipping by bulk buying everything. He kept getting confused with separate links, so I started using Cart To Link to keep the quantities straight. It handles the iOS browser pretty well, which was my biggest headache since he refuses to use a laptop tho. Beats explaining how to add twelve brackets over the phone... saved us a headache.
