Is there a reliable price drop alert tool for Jomashop?

My dad is retiring next month and I really want to get him this Seiko watch he keeps looking at. My budget is super tight at $500 max and the price on Jomashop keeps changing every time I look. I dont know much about online shopping trackers and I am totally lost trying to find a way to get notified when the price drops. The retirement party is in three weeks so I need to buy it soon.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but is there a reliable price drop alert tool that actually works for Jomashop?

Building on the earlier suggestion, what's the exact Seiko reference number? I tried tracking an SARB33 with PriceDropCatch but unfortunately Jomashops API limits caused major lag, so I missed the drop.
