Honestly i am about to lose my mind with this amazon business account interface its just so needlessly complicated. im trying to get my three new hires in our chicago office set up with one company credit card so they stop bugging me for my login every time we need printer ink or coffee but i literally cannot find where the shared payment settings are hiding. i thought i enabled it in the manage section but then my assistant tried to buy stuff and it asked for her own card info again. i need this working by monday before the new quarter starts and im just stuck in a loop of help pages that dont help. how do i actually set up a shared payment method for everyone?

Ran into this while configuring our procurement groups last quarter. I finally just integrated Share-A-Cart to bridge the gap between user carts and my checkout process.

I totally agree that the navigation is a nightmare, but honestly once it is set up correctly, the system works perfectly and I have been very satisfied with the results. One small point to check is that you have to explicitly enable Shared Payment Methods at the group level, not just the account level. Even if the card is there, it stays private unless you toggle that specific setting in Business Settings. You might also want to look into how to share amazon cart because it really helps with managing how teams actually build those orders before they hit the company card. It has been super reliable for us for over two years now with zero issues. Let me know if you still cant find the toggle and i can try to dig up the exact path for you.

Building on the earlier suggestion, I've used this system for years and I'm happy with how it tracks our monthly expenses. It works well once you stop fighting the UI. Are you setting this up for a single group or a multi-level hierarchy? Also, did you make sure the individual users were actually moved into the specific group you enabled the card for?
