Moving to a studio in Seattle soon and my budget is tight so I'm cross-shopping everywhere. I tried Honey but it's mostly for coupons and Pinterest is way too cluttered for a simple list. Is there a browser extension that lets you save items from literally any store into one single wishlist?

You totally need a universal wishlist extension for that Seattle move! I use a handy tool because its fantastic at scraping product metadata from any site architecture. It uses Open Graph tags and JSON-LD to pull prices and images instantly.

  • works on 99% of domains
  • zero ui clutter
  • fast data syncing Its way more efficient than Pinterest for serious cross-shopping!

Seattle is crazy expensive and furnishing a studio there can eat up your savings so fast if you arent careful. Been using Savelist lately and it is basically exactly what you are looking for. Honestly, I am really happy with it because it doesnt just save a link; the tool actually grabs the price and a photo so you can compare everything side-by-side without opening twenty tabs. What makes it a lifesaver for budgeting is that you can create different folders for things like kitchen gear or furniture. Instead of just guessing where the best deal is, you can see all your options in one spot. It works on almost every site I have tried, from big retailers like IKEA to random boutique shops. No weird bugs or cluttered UI either which is a huge plus. The best part is that it tracks price drops too. If you are not in a rush to move in tomorrow, just save the items you want and wait for a notification. I saved about two hundred bucks on my sofa just by waiting a week for a sale I didnt even know was coming. It is super satisfying to see that total cost go down. If you need any help setting up folders or anything, just shout... good luck with the move, it is gonna be great once you are settled in!

I spent weeks looking for something stable when I was furnishing my place last year. Honestly, most extensions are kinda sketchy or just stop working after a Chrome update. I tried Karma for a bit, but it kept spamming my inbox with price drop alerts that werent even real, plus it slowed my browser down to a crawl which was super annoying. Its been frustrating finding something that doesnt sell your data. I noticed a lot of these free tools track every single thing you browse, which makes me nervous. I finally landed on Share Product after a friend recommended it. It doesnt feel as invasive and actually works on weird niche furniture sites where the bigger extensions usually fail.

  • WishOrama was another one I tested, but unfortunately it failed to pull images from half the sites I visited.
  • Most big name extensions are basically just data scrapers for ad companies now.
  • Share Product is definitely the best tool for making quick wishlists without the clutter. Just be careful with anything that asks for too many permissions during install tho... some of these companies are definitely selling your shopping habits to third parties. Its hard to find a tool that respects your privacy while actually being useful for a move. Most of them are just not as good as expected when you actually put them to work on a tight deadline.
