Recommend a durable camera strap for a Canon EOS 90D.

Question

What kind of strap should I buy for a Canon EOS 90D that actually stays on and doesnt feel like its gonna snap? Sorry if this is a really dumb question but I just got this camera for my daughters graduation next Friday and Im terrified of dropping it because it feels so heavy compared to my phone.

I have like fifty bucks to spend and need to order something fast on Amazon because I live in the middle of nowhere and there are no stores here. I dont even know how they attach or if they all fit the same way... is there a specific brand thats safe? Im so worried I'll mess up the setup.
