Just picked up a 90D and im literally so hyped to start shooting landscapes this weekend! I need a tripod fast though. Torn between the Neewer 66 inch carbon fiber and that Manfrotto Compact Action one. My budget is like $90 max since I spent everything on the body lol... which one holds up better for a heavier setup?

Im super satisfied with this one, holds heavy gear with no complaints:

Like someone mentioned, that Compact Action is pretty risky for a heavy 90D. You need thicker legs so it doesnt tip over.

Id definitely go with the carbon fiber one. Ive been using that Neewer model for my heavier setups and it works well, no complaints. The carbon tubes absorb vibrations way better than the aluminum Compact Action, which is just too flimsy for a 90D. The leg locks hold up solid under load too. Youll be happy with the stability.
