Which apps are best for tracking retiring LEGO set price trends?

Ive been setting aside about $200 a month to start a small LEGO collection for my kids future and Ive been looking at the older Modular Buildings like the Police Station before it disappears. I keep seeing Brickset pop up in my searches and while the database is huge the mobile interface is just so hard to navigate when Im on the go. I also looked at BrickLink but that feels more like a marketplace than a trend tracker if that makes sense. I even saw BrickEconomy but it seems like you have to pay for the really good data. Does anyone know an app that actually tracks the price jumps right after retirement without a huge subscription fee? I just want something easy to check on my phone...

Most trackers are disappointing tbh.

  • BrickEconomy is overpriced.
  • Brickset mobile is a mess. I shifted to PriceDropCatch because it actually handles the price jumps better without the fluff.
