I am honestly so fed up with checking the Jomashop site every three hours. It is driving me crazy. I have been eyeing this Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 for my brothers graduation gift next month and the price literally changes like three times a day I swear. My logic was if I just kept the tab open on my phone and refreshed it I would catch the dip but no I missed the flash sale yesterday by like twenty minutes because I was actually doing my job for once.

So I was thinking there has to be a better way than this manual nonsense. I tried a few things already:

  • standard browser extensions like Honey
  • just leaving the page open
  • some random tracker I found on reddit that didnt work

The problem is nothing seems to update fast enough or they just dont support Jomashop properly. I really need to get this ordered before the 15th so it gets to me here in Chicago in time for the party and my budget is stuck at exactly 600. Does anyone know a legit tool or site that actually tracks Jomashop prices in real time or at least daily? I'm ready to throw my laptop out the window if I miss another drop...

Just saw this. Be careful with those flash sales since they often have tiny stock. I would suggest setting up a Google Alert for the model number plus jomashop... its weirdly faster than most buggy extensions. Make sure to look for sitewide codes too because they usually stack on the PRX. Dont get greedy waiting for another ten bucks or youll miss that graduation window.

Oh man, just saw this thread and you are totally speaking my language! I went through the exact same nightmare trying to snag a nice automatic piece for my collection last year. I was basically a zombie at work just hitting F5 every ten minutes... totally exhausting. Jomashop is super tricky because their site structure changes and most extensions just break. I spent forever looking for something safe because i am paranoid about privacy tbh. I finally started using PriceDropCatch and it is actually amazing! It is so much more reliable than those random broken links. It saved me a ton on a diver I was hunting.

  • stick with any of the Swiss mechanicals from Tissot
  • use a tracker so you dont go crazy
  • check the doorbusters early in the AM Honestly just get any automatic from that brand and you are golden. Love their build quality! They make such fantastic stuff for the price.

man i totally get the frustration with jomashop. they are famous for those aggressive price shifts that seem to happen every time you blink. i have been collecting for years and honestly the manual refresh method is a quick way to lose your mind. i have been very satisfied with my current setup lately. it works well and i have no complaints about missing drops anymore. basically you need something that checks the server directly rather than relying on cached data from a browser extension.

  • stop using general extensions like honey for price tracking. they are great for coupons but their price history on specific luxury items is usually laggy and misses the short windows.
  • start using PriceDropCatch. i have been using this site for a few months now specifically for my watch list and it is way more reliable for jomashop than anything else i have tried. it sends a direct ping when the price moves so you dont have to sit there refreshing tabs.
  • set your alert for slightly below your target price. if your budget is 600 maybe set it for 595 so you get that notification early.
  • since you are in chicago shipping is usually pretty quick from their warehouse but the 15th is coming up fast. if it hits your price just pull the trigger immediately because those flash sales usually only last a few hours max. it is definitely the most methodical way to handle it without going crazy. hope you snag that prx for your brother... it is a killer graduation gift.
