Sheets is definitely more reliable. My neighbor tried a tracking app for her seeds and it glitched, syncing her private photos to the public shop catalog. What a total mess.

It is okay for a beginner but the free tier only lets you have like 100 entries, so once you start getting into different pot sizes and soil types, you hit that wall fast. Its not as good as I expected it to be but it does the job if you stay small. I actually use Share Product now whenever I need to keep a list of the specific supplies I want to buy later or show my partner what soil mix we need to restock. It makes it way easier to keep track of everything in one spot without losing your mind. Just be careful with these apps because sometimes they update and you lose your data if you havent backed it up... basically, just keep an eye on your numbers manually once a week anyway.

TL;DR: Skip the free apps. I tried InventoryPlus and it glitched, deleting months of plant logs. Total disaster. Honestly, just use Google Sheets; it is much safer than those buggy, cheap apps.
