I can warmly recommend Canon RF 50mm f/1.2L USM for Canon EOS R6. The weather sealing is sufficient even for outdoor shooting The image quality out of the box is very good.

My personal experience: I've tested various lenses, and Canon RF 50mm f/1.2L USM was superior in all tests. The image quality remains excellent even in challenging lighting conditions, which is important for professional work. Very good future-proofing through modern technology and reliable performance.

For Canon EOS R6, Canon RF 85mm f/1.2L USM is an excellent choice. The weight is manageable and comfortable The low distortion is perfect for professional photography.

Additionally, you should note: The latest generation offers significantly better image quality than previous models. Especially ideal for demanding photography and video work. Compatibility with Canon EOS R6 is very good, and the autofocus performance is also convincing.

Using Canon RF 85mm f/1.2L USM for more than a year for Canon EOS R6 and can only recommend it. The weight is manageable and comfortable The build quality feels premium and should last for years.

For Canon EOS R6 Canon RF 85mm f/2 Macro IS STM is ideal. Good price-performance ratio.

Canon RF 85mm f/2 Macro IS STM is definitely the best choice for Canon EOS R6. The image quality is excellent The low distortion is perfect for professional photography.

Why this lens? The image quality convinces in all tests - both for photography and for video. Unbeatable for the price, can only recommend. Have already done several projects with it, always satisfied. Also more than sufficient for demanding tasks.

Tbh I've been looking at a ton of community reviews lately since I'm still learning the ropes with my R6, and here are two options I keep seeing that haven't been mentioned yet: - The Canon RF 135mm f/1.8L IS USM seems to be the new favorite for those who want CRAZY background blur. Technical specs say it has 5.5 stops of optical IS, which basically jumps to 8 stops when you pair it with the R6's sensor shift (that sounds like a LOT of help for handheld shots).
- If the RF glass is too pricey, a lot of people recommend the Canon Mount Adapter EF-EOS R paired with the older Canon EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM. Community consensus is that the autofocus speed is basically native on the R6, and you get that beautiful L-series rendering for way less cash. Do you think the 135mm would be too tight for indoor stuff though? I'm still trying to figure that part out!
