Does anyone know which external mic actually works the best with the canon eos r50 because i just got mine and i am so hyped to start filming!! basically im stuck between the rode videomic go ii and the sennheiser mke 400 and i cant decide which one to pull the trigger on. the r50 is so small and light so i dont want something that makes it all top heavy or blocks the screen when it flips out. im planning to use it for vlogging at this big car show here in austin next month so i need something that handles wind and loud engines pretty well without sounding like garbage. i love that the rode doesnt need batteries because i know i'll forget to charge them but the sennheiser has that built in wind protection thingy which seems useful for outdoor stuff. my budget is like strictly under 200 bucks cuz i spent way too much on the camera and a couple lenses already lol. i keep seeing people say the preamps on the r50 are okay but not amazing so maybe one of these helps with that? i really want my audio to sound crisp and professional for my youtube channel. which one would you guys go with for a beginner setup like this??
