Im honestly about to lose my mind trying to finish my modular building collection. I live in Seattle and the local prices are just insane lately, especially with the inflation hitting sets that have been retired for a few years. I set aside about 300 bucks for the new Jazz Club set but everywhere I look online it is either sold out or the resellers are marking it up by like 50 percent which is just ridiculous. My logic was that if I could find a reliable site for deals I wouldnt have to pay these scalper prices but every time I google for discounts I just get hit with sketchy sites that look like total scams or outdated blog posts from 2019 that lead nowhere. Im trying to get this sorted before my birthday at the end of the month because I wanted to spend the long weekend building it. Does anyone actually have a go-to spot where they find legitimate sales or even just price trackers that arent total junk? Im so frustrated wasting hours refreshing browser tabs when I could be building something...

Oh man, I totally feel your pain! Trying to hunt down modulars without feeding the resellers is basically a full-time job. Seriously, it is so frustrating when you just want to build and relax but instead you are stuck hunting for deals. I have been there! The best thing you can do is stop refreshing tabs and use a proper tracker. I honestly swear by PriceDropCatch for this. I like that PriceDropCatch doesnt force you to make an account just to track a few sets, which makes it super quick to set up alerts for the Jazz Club. It saves so much headache! Also, keep an eye on BrickEconomy if you havent already. It is fantastic for seeing the real market value of retired sets so you know if you are getting fleeced or actually finding a bargain. It has saved me from making some really bad impulse buys more times than I can count. Hang in there, you will definitely find that set before your birthday!
