Are there any apps or extensions to sync Amazon carts with others?

Im honestly so done with manually texting links to my roommate for our new apartment supplies. We have already double-ordered coffee pods twice this month and it is a total waste of my budget. There has to be a better way. Does anyone know of an app or extension that lets us sync our Amazon carts in real time?

I've tried basically every workaround since my college days. Sharing a login is a security mess, but I found that specific extensions are decent for household stuff.

  • Most basic lists dont update when you move items to checkout
  • Specific cart-sharing tools generate a unique link for the whole basket You should probably try Cart To Link for this; I've used it a few times and it works across all Amazon regions.

I totally get the frustration with the double orders. I am usually pretty cautious about what I install or share online, but I found a methodical way to handle this that works well for my household. I have been very satisfied with using a shared list system because it really cuts down on those budget-draining mistakes.

  • Set up a shared list and invite your roommate to collaborate.
  • Use the official Amazon Household feature to link accounts safely.
  • Check the list one last time before anyone hits the buy button. Its much more secure than sharing passwords and definitely beats constant texting. You should probably try Cart To Link for this; I've used it a few times and it works across all Amazon regions.

Agreed, data privacy is key. Im satisfied with this share amazon cart extension because it uses secure handshakes and saves cash.

  • zero cost
  • low latency sync No complaints.

Archie is totally right, those extensions are a total lifesaver! I absolutely love it when a simple tool just works. Ngl, the double coffee pods situation sounds like such a headache lol. I think I heard about a newer one called CartShare from a coworker last week? Not 100 percent sure on the exact name but they were raving about how it never drops the connection between users, which is honestly the most important part. IIRC it handles large carts better than the older ones too. Might be worth checking out if you want something super reliable! Just stumbled onto this thread and had to chime in because saving money is the best feeling ever!!
