Sorry if this is a dumb question but I just got a Canon 90D and Im terrified the battery will die at my sisters wedding next month. I need a battery thingy for the bottom but I have no idea which ones are safe.

If Neewer isnt your thing, the Vello BG-C14 Battery Grip for Canon EOS 70D 80D 90D is a solid middle ground. It uses the standard BG-E14 layout and fits the 70D through 90D series perfectly. Technically, it just doubles your capacity by running two LP-E6N batteries in parallel. The build quality is decent for $60 and it wont fry your electronics. Its worth it for the vertical shutter button alone during wedding portraits.

Get the Neewer BG-E14 Battery Grip! Its amazing and way cheaper than Canons version!!
