Tbh I think some of the high-end suggestions are a bit much for an R50V body unless you have a bottomless wallet—basically the community consensus for APS-C shooters is that you really can't go wrong with the Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM. Since the R50V has that crop sensor, that 50mm lens actually gives you an 80mm field of view which is *perfect* for headshots and half-body portraits without being too zoomed in.
